Payment is due in advance of the forthcoming term. Lessons will not start until your account has been settled.
Payment can be made by cheque payable to 'STICK-AT-IT', over the phone by calling 01726 862577, or online at our website. All major credit and debit cards available. Unfortunately tutors are not allowed to accept payment in lesson, and payments left at the school office could result in delayed processing.
We reserve the right to re-group and re-timetable lessons as appropriate.
Should a drum lesson be cancelled through our own fault, we will aim to reschedule it to another day. If this is not possible a credit note will be given for that lesson.
If a lesson is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control i.e. school trips, sports day etc. No refund will be given but we shall aim to reschedule the lesson if possible.
If you wish to cancel your child's drum lesson, notice should be given immediately in writing to the STICK-AT-IT office. There will be no refund on any lessons already paid for. To cancel a future term of lessons, cancellation must be received in writing before the end of the previous term. In the absence of such notice the appropriate fee will be charged in lieu.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
